Use Multiple Mentions
for a Psychology of Success

"Whatever you can do or dream you can, begin it.
Boldness has genius, magic and power in it."
                                                   Goethe

If there's something you know you should do but
don't follow through on getting it accomplished,
break the work down into ever smaller steps and
keep increasing the rewards for getting going on it
until you get to a point where you do succeed,
then expand that to get a Psychology of Success
going for you. Break the work down to whatever
you need to get to the level where you succeed.

Try using the technique of Multiple Mentions.
The second time you have to write a goal down
on your "To Do" list because you didn't get it done
the first time, write it down twice; then write it three times
the third, four the fourth, and so forth until you find the place
where you chuckle at yourself and figure that it's easier to do
the step than to write it down ten times. And when you do it,
you'll get to cross off all those lines from your list for just one action.
