"The truth-as-I-see-it is the God that I follow."
Gandhi
There's a core down inside us that cares about what we're doing with our lives, and it
talks to us in that "still, small voice" of our soul. It intuitively tells us
what is good or bad, or healthy or unhealthy for us. Without its guide, we would all be
ruled mainly by our impulses and by the outside pressures of other people's desires, needs
or circumstances. And we lose touch with that voice when that happens
We're given that spark of caring and integrity and desire to do what's right to carry
around inside us for the eighty or so years we exist here on earth. Following that inner
voice is the only way to reach any contentment in life.
Can you recall times when you listened to the whispers of that inner voice in you? What
did you do and how did it leave you feeling after?
