Self-actualizing people never bully others, and they never let others bully them. So how
do they deal with others' unfairness?
One of the things their behavior teaches is a principle of Responsibility which says that
"The person who feels a problem the most has the most responsibility for seeing to it
that something is done to solve it" no matter who is causing the problem.
